If you’re in the market for a massive, wallet-friendly tablet, Teclast has some news for you. The company first unveiled the T70 Pro back in July 2026, and after launching it in China in August, the device is now officially available worldwide via AliExpress.
Pricing and Availability
The pricing is pretty aggressive for a tablet of this size, though it stops just short of being a steal. Currently, the Teclast T70 Pro with an EU charger is retailing for $197.03. If you need a complete setup, AliExpress is also offering bundle options that include a protective case and a keyboard attachment.
The Display: Big Screen, Standard Refresh Rate
The main selling point here is undoubtedly the 14-inch display. For anyone looking for an affordable entertainment hub, that massive screen real estate is a major draw. The panel offers a resolution of 2240x1400 pixels.
However, there is a catch: it’s a 60Hz refresh rate panel. In a market where even budget phones are pushing higher refresh rates, the T70 Pro won’t feel quite as smooth as some of its entry-level competitors.
Battery and Performance
On the bright side, Teclast has included support for Widevine DRM L1, which means you can stream Netflix and other services in high definition. Powering your binge-watching sessions is a hefty 10,000mAh battery. While that capacity promises hours of usage, the charging speed is a bottleneck. It supports only 18W charging, so expect a slow climb from 0% to 100%.
Under the hood, the tablet runs on the Helio G100 chipset. This is an entry-level SoC, though it offers slightly better performance than the Unisoc processors Teclast uses in some of its other budget models. It’s paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card slot (up to 1TB).
Software and Connectivity
The T70 Pro ships with Android 16 out of the box, complete with a desktop mode for a more PC-like experience. Connectivity options are solid for the price, including dual 4G SIM support and WiFi 5. It also features a metal chassis that keeps the design relatively thin and light.
