The United States wants to isolate Huawei from the chip manufacturer

The government of US President Donald Trump is considering changing U.S. regulations to ban the company from exporting chips from companies such as Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) to Chinese Huawei. TSMC is the world's largest chip manufacturer and new trade restrictions with Huawei. This is one of the many options that can be considered there.

Since TSMC uses devices made in the United States, it appears that the United States government is doing everything possible to prevent Huawei, including preventing TSMC from manufacturing Huawei chipsets.

A source told Reuters that a chip proposal has been submitted, but has not yet been approved, that would strike the world's second largest smartphone company, not just TSMC, the maker of Kern's largest chip maker in Huawei.

Sources indicate that the U.S. government is working to ensure that no chip is able to control Huawei, which is at the heart of global technology dominance between China and the United States, to try to persuade its allies to take their equipment out of the 5G network excluded.

U.S. officials are considering adjusting the U.S. Department of Commerce's FDI base to make some foreign-made products based on U.S. technology or operations subject to U.S. regulations for selling global chips to Huawei.

According to the draft proposal, the U.S. government will require foreign companies to use US chip-making equipment for U.S. licenses before delivering the products to Huawei. This is a major expansion of export control agencies and could upset American allies around the world.

A spokesman for the US Department of Commerce said: The recent US allegations against Huawei, including conspiracy to steal work secrets, confirmed that caution must be exercised when considering requests for permission, and the United States remains very concerned about Huawei.

If this happens in one way or another, it is almost impossible to make chips without American technology, but some members of the Trump administration have indicated that this decision will harm the United States much more than China or Huawei, innovations will stimulate. Stay away from the United States and enjoy its long-term, China.
